I hired this company to move in-state. They gave me a call about 2 hours before and again about 30 minutes before arrival, which I appreciated. They also taped up my boxes for free after I ran out of... tape. Lastly, the lead guy was very patient with me when it came to explaining what I was signing on the iPad. The good parts end there. When they say “2 fellas and a truck” it is *really* 2 “fellas”, as the two guys just seemed very unprofessional in their mannerisms and behaviors, like they were randoms off the street and not representing an established company. When we got to my new place, the non-lead guy was putting boxes anywhere even after I asked them to put them in a place according to what was written on the box: for example, he put a living room box in the bedroom and if I had not double checked him, he definitely wouldn’t have noticed. They also lost a piece of my TV stand (a middle shelf — see attached picture). I asked the lead guy about it and he said he’d check the truck for it. I then forgot about it but then realized it was still missing about 2 days afterward, meaning the guy never even followed up with me about it. Also, the lady who answers the phone for this company reassured me that the 2 guys would be “very knowledgeable” in disassembling and re-assembling heavy furniture, such as bed frames. Well they did a crappy job re-assembling the bed frame because it is super wobbly now and does not feel stable, which is not what it was like before the move. In the end, I gave a hefty tip to the lead guy (this was before I realized the aforementioned issues with the TV cabinet and bed frame), but for some reason I don’t even trust that he shared it with his coworker even though I told him to share 😂. Overall, I would not hire this company again. They gave me the cheapest quote and you get what you pay for.Edit 9/7/25: I was contacted by the business to resolve the issues I outlined above, and a customer service specialist (Adrian) came out to my apartment on a Sunday (his day off!) to resolve everything. We found the missing shelf (it was camouflaged in the TV stand) and he tightened pretty much every screw on the bed frame (he told me the first two guys [one of them was named Cecil, and the other was Cecil's cousin] did not tighten the screws at all), so now the bed is probably more tightened up than it was initially. He also went above and beyond by tightening the screws on my other furniture (dining table and chair) that were wobbly and fully reimbursed the replacement of a furniture pin (like a screw; gave me $5; it holds up the shelf on the TV stand) that went missing during the move. Overall, I had a good experience with the specialist, and he apologized that the move did not go perfectly. Taking my entire experience into consideration, I think this is a good business to hire for your moving needs. If you ever have any issues with the initial two movers (like if things go "missing" or furniture is damaged) you can call the business and they will definitely try their best to fix any outstanding issues, which may include coming out to your place of residence. Based on the service I received today, I have added a star to my review.read more

2 Fellas Moving saved the day! We were scheduled to move when a snowstorm hit. I received a call early that morning to confirm our move & Josh went to work. My family has a table we used when we moved to the"Big house" when I was 8. I inherited the table, which has been in the family storage unit since Daddy died in March.I called 2 Fellas Moving... Company, leaving a voicemail.A kind representative of the company called, and reduced the flat rate quoted the morning before.
